We provide advice in the Welwyn Hatfield area to help you find a way forward with problems you face. All our advice is free, confidential and impartial. Whoever you are, whatever you do. Our experienced advisers help clients with solutions for a great variety of problems, such as:

•Money and problem debt
•Employment
•Consumer rights
•Housing
•Neighbourhood disputes
•Family and personal issues

We're in Queensway House, Hatfield (AL10 0LW) every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9.30am and 2pm. Lift access is available. Otherwise, we're at the Civic Centre Library every Friday from 2pm to 4pm.

We offer specialist support to people in crisis. This support includes, but is not limited to, food vouchers and fuel top ups for those struggling to make ends meet.

 

We also have an adviser whose native language is British Sign Language. He travels to all the Citizens Advice offices in Hertfordshire ensuring that members of the Deaf community have access to advice on all issues. To book an appointment with our BSL Adviser, email redmondk@whcab.org.uk.
