Gain an understanding and learn basic CBT techniques which can help to change unhelpful ideas/beliefs/attitudes which can create unhappiness and stress. Learn to use CBT tools to overcome common emotional problems and strategies to maximise self-help in order to maintain positive, healthy changes in your attitudes towards yourself
and life in general.
