Join us on the Heart Bus at Campus West Car Park on June 16th 9am-5pm
Drop in for a cuppa, a chat & a chance to learn about Mindfulness and the benefits it can bring. It's a great way to quieten our minds by focusing on the 'here & now.' and feel more relaxed.
The Heart Bus are offering taster sessions in;
Mindfulness Taster sessions (20 minutes)
- Mindfulness Workshops (35 minutes)
- Introduction to Listening Space (15 minutes)
- Listening Space workshops (45 minutes)
- Heart Intelligence Practise with biofeedback sensors (20 minutes)

Join our Herts Wildife Trust in the UK's biggest nature challenge
30 Days Wild is The Wildlife Trusts' annual nature challenge where we ask the nation to do one 'wild' thing a day every day throughout June. Your daily Random Acts of Wildness can be anything you like - litter-picking, birdwatching, puddle-splashing, you name it!
Herts Wildlife Trsut also have a FREE postal or digital pack of goodies to inspire your wild month - including an activity passport and a wallchart to track your progress
Ride Leader Recruitment by British Cycling
British Cycling are on a mission to transform Britain into a great cycling nation. And they need your help to do it.
They are looking for volunteers who are enthusiastic about leading entry level bike rides to become Guided Ride Leaders in Hertfordshire.
They are offering free training for the Ride Leadership Level 1 Award.Hurry as there are only 10 spaces left.Priority is being give to Welwyn Hatfield residents.
The benefits include FREE Ride Leader training, FREE Ride Leader kit and access to a supportive network

Complete this survey and have your say about violence against woman
Following the death of Sarah Everard earlier this year, the County Community Safety Unit (CCSU) are currently producing a needs assessment on Violence Against Women and Girls. As part of this piece of work, they are undertaking a public survey of Hertfordshire residents to understand their experiences and feelings of personal safety.
The survey is now open and will remain open until Friday 9th July and can be accessed using the web link below.
The survey is open to all.

The team at BeeZee Bodies has launched their new online programme for parents and carers of children aged between 0 - 5 years old called HENRY.
At HENRY the team are passionate about babies and children getting the best possible start in life. This means supporting the whole family to make positive lifestyle changes, creating healthier and happier home environments, and building healthier communities.
The FREE eight-week course covers parenting confidence, physical activity, lifestyle habits, healthy eating and family life.

The Turquoise SPA with A Slice of Happiness-Now that sounds nice!
A Slice of Happiness is a registered charity based in Watford and Three Rivers, which aims to create a safe space for people to speak openly about their mental health and wellbeing.
Starting on Thursday 1 July, the Turquoise SPA is a FREE eight-week programme designed specifically for anyone dealing with difficult emotions such as stress, anxiety, isolation or lack of confidence.
