Strength and Balance class
Weekly Strength and Balance class to help you improve, mobility & confidence in everyday life!
Every Friday at 11-12 we get together for a strength and balance class, there will be a mixture of seated and standing exercises and Jade the instructor will tailor the exercises to your abilities.
This is a gentle class and you will be encouraged to work at a pace that suits you. Each session will include exercises that help to get you feeling steadier on your feet and more confident in everyday life.
